We price per seat, and we’ll share the specific number for your firm on a call. Small firms (under 5 users) get our most competitive rates. Larger teams get flexible volume pricing. Either way, it’s a single line item that replaces 3–4 separate vendor contracts.
No. Free trials don’t make sense for compliance software. You can’t move your real archive into a trial environment, and a sandbox demo doesn’t tell you anything useful. Instead, we run a working session on your actual compliance needs and offer a 30-day exit clause once you sign. If it doesn’t fit, walk away within 30 days.
It can, but it doesn’t have to. Our workflows and Compliance Copilot let some firms take compliance fully in-house.
